At Lavender Lady, your satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a replacement โ not a return or refund.

We offer replacement only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- A replacement request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

- Contact us via email at support@lavenderlady.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order ID, product images, and reason for replacement.
- Once approved, weโll arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.
- After inspection, a replacement product will be dispatched within 5โ7 business days.
